Applications must be mailed every year to the Town of Bridgton: Assessing
Office, 3 Chase Street, Suite 1, Bridgton, Maine 04009. DEADLINE FOR THE
APPLICATION IS MAY 1ST. If you have any questions please call the

ATTENTION BRIDGTON PROPERTY
OWNERS:
If you wish to receive a
Homestead Exemption and have been a Bridgton resident
for more than one year and have owned your own home for that length of time, the
deadline to file your application is APRIL 1ST,
2008. Click on link above to download the application.
If you wish to apply for a
Veteran’s Exemption and you are a Bridgton resident, age 62,
served during a Federally recognized war period, own your home, are receiving
disability status from the Veterans Administration or are the widow or widower
of a Veteran, the deadline to file your application is
APRIL 1ST, 2008. Click on link

If you wish to apply for the
BLIND EXEMPTION,
you need to have been declared legally blind by a licensed Doctor of Medicine,
Doctor of Osteopathy, or Doctor of Optometry. The deadline for filing your
application is APRIL 1st, 2008.
