Pine Tree Zones
Bridgton currently has over 90 acres of
Pine Tree Zone along Route 302 and within the Downtown. The Town will be
working in the future to try to expand its Pine Tree Zone. It is the mission of
the Economic Development Office to provide the greatest incentives to businesses
looking to expand or relocate in Bridgton.
