Board of Selectmen’s Meeting Room

The Bridgton Planning Board was called to order at 7:00p.m. by Fred Packard, Chair. Those in attendance were: Fred Packard, Chair; Steve Collins, Vice Chair; Christopher McDaniel; Gordon Davis. Absent were: David Diller; Dee Miller, Alternate and David Lee, Alternate.

Steve reviewed procedural points only.

The Board then met for the sole purpose of viewing various video tapes of previous Planning Board Meetings concerning the Randall Marina/David Randall project. In specific, the Site Plan Review proceedings which led up to the Appeals Board remand. The viewing was in preparation for the meeting of Tuesday, October 24, 2006.

Upon completion of the viewing there was no discussion of any facts or issues surrounding the project.

Steve motioned to adjourn the meeting at 10:45p.m. Christopher 2nd.
