ORDINANCE CONCERNING WITHDRAWALS

FROM

CERTAIN TRUST FUNDS

Enacted: June 10, 2003



Commencing July 1, 2003, withdrawals from the Town of Bridgton Trust Funds and the Moose Pond Land Trust shall not exceed in any fiscal year four per cent (4%) of the average value of the trust over the immediately preceding three year period, the value for each year being as of June 30 of that year as determined by the Selectmen based upon information supplied by the Town auditors.
